I know firsthand what it feels like when life completely knocks the wind out of you.
For years, I coached teams and individuals on growth, leadership, and personal development. I was passionate about helping people set goals and create action plans to reach them. But in the middle of pouring into others, my own world was turned upside down when I lost my mother unexpectedly.
Nothing could have prepared me for the depth of that grief and the way it shook everything I thought I had figured out. All the strategies, the plans, the goals—they suddenly felt hollow. I realized that no matter how much we chase success or try to hold it all together, without a deep, unshakable foundation—without knowing who we are and why we’re here—everything can crumble in a moment.
That season forced me to stop. To really get still and look inward. I had to dig deep, reconnect with my true identity, and re-anchor myself in God’s truth. It wasn’t a quick fix or a simple "bounce back." It was a process of getting rooted in a whole new way—strengthened by faith, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
And that’s why I’m here now. I’ve spent the past decade coaching others, but what I discovered through my own journey is that lasting change—the kind that truly transforms your life—doesn’t start with a new goal or a better plan. It starts with a reset of your identity, your purpose, and your calling.
If you’re in a place where life feels uncertain, if you’ve been hit by unexpected change, or if you simply know there’s more for you than the hustle and grind—you’re not alone. I’m here to walk with you through the reset you’ve been needing, so you can build a life that’s strong, meaningful, and aligned with who God created you to be.
Let’s reset together.
